How do I earn rewards?

Eligible catering purchases made through Knife & Faulk Essentials or directly with our catering team earn rewards once payment is complete.

How are rewards calculated?

We total your qualifying catering spend for each calendar month. That month's total sets your tier, and the tier's percentage applies to the full amount.

Do orders paid by invoice count?

Yes. Orders paid through Square invoices count when they're tied to your enrolled account's billing email.

When do I get my rewards?

After each calendar month closes and payments are reconciled.

Who receives the gift cards?

The member contact on your account, usually the person who places your catering orders.

Do rewards expire?

Catering credits expire 12 months after they're issued. Amazon gift cards follow Amazon's terms.

Program terms

  • Knife & Faulk Preferred is open to approved business and organizational accounts. Membership is complimentary and subject to enrollment approval.
  • {'Monthly eligible catering spend sets the tier': "Preferred (under $2,500) earns 3% in gift cards or 5.5% in catering credits; Preferred Plus ($2,500 to $3,999) earns 5% or 7.5%; Preferred Partner ($4,000 or more) earns 7.5% or 10%.   • Rewards are calculated on eligible food and beverage purchases, excluding taxes, delivery charges, service fees, gratuities, gift card purchases, refunded orders and other excluded charges.
  • Rewards are calculated after each calendar month closes, following payment verification, and are limited to $500 in gift cards or $750 in catering credits per business account per month.
  • Rewards are issued as digital Amazon gift cards or Knife & Faulk catering credits, to the member contact on the account. Members are responsible for following any gift policies their organization has.
  • Catering credits can't be redeemed for cash and expire 12 months after they're issued.
  • Rewards can't be combined with other promotions unless we say so in writing.
  • Knife & Faulk may review eligibility, prevent misuse, and change or end the program going forward with notice, as the law allows.
