Knife & Faulk is a Dallas–Fort Worth based catering and food-led experience studio serving North Texas.

We design and produce culinary environments where food, space, and flow work together as one.

Our work moves beyond traditional catering. Food is treated as a design element, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and precise execution.

This approach shapes the atmosphere, supports the narrative of each event, and guides how guests gather, move, and connect within a space.
