Catering To Your Safety

To our customers and potential customers,

In response to the mandates and guidelines related to COVID-19, we would like to remind you of our commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. This has and will always be a priority when providing food service to our customers and those involved including vendors and independently contracted team members.

In addition to our normal food safety and sanitation practices, here are a few highlighted areas we are enforcing:

  • Performing temperature checks and screening.  If team members present COVID symptoms or who know they’ve been exposed to someone with a diagnosis must stay or will be sent home..

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing work stations and equipment used before, during, and after food preparation.  Food is prepared in a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen.

  • Monitoring and ensuring team members adhere to requirements for social distancing, wearing masks and gloves, and are maintaining the frequency of hand-washing procedures including the use of hand sanitizer after each wash as well as changing single-use gloves and sanitizing work stations.

  • Following proper cleaning and disinfecting when areas including but not limited to accessing doors, door handles, door glass, electronics (i.e. cell phones), bathrooms and bathroom fixtures, counter tops, light switches, trash cans, kitchen equipment, and delivery vehicles at minimum.

  • Providing service staff for all full service events (plated, served buffet, etc.).  Team members will be properly masked, gloved (single-use), and practice social distancing at all times during preparation and delivery of food service.

  • Contact-less delivery for all events that do not require set-up or tear down.

We realize the impact the pandemic has had on our communities and will do what we can to make your catering experience enjoyable while following the precautions above and those that are released by the local Health Department and CDC as they are released.  This list will reflect updates as needed based on guidance to protect your and our team members.
