It's the weekend before Labor Day so let's get a head start by taking some time to grill and chill with this menu.  Chef Marlene believes in the importance of family meals and cooking at home makes such a difference if you let it, so get your kitchen and grill ready to prepare a meal to remind you of the warmth and excitement the summer months bring. 

During this interactive Zoom Live cooking session, Chef Marlene will cook alongside you where you will make a simple gourmet meal of:

*Grilled Skirt Steak Lettuce Wraps w/Chimichurri Vinaigrette and Fresh Corn Salad

*Grilled Peach Crisp

Don't worry, this class is for cooks at any skill level, but will definitely have you feeling like a pro when it's all said and done!  You'll have the ability to ask questions in real-time all while learning cooking tips and techniques.

Pricing is $45 for (1) Zoom access plus the cost of ingredients.  You will receive base recipes with an ingredient and equipment list along with Zoom details after registration.  Before the class, you are invited to join a Zoom Pre-Call session to ask questions in preparation for the live class.
