About the Event
Join Chef Marlene Faulkner, Owner and Executive Chef of Knife & Faulk, for a special cooking class and dining experience at the serene Sister Grove Farms. Â Treat yourself to an evening where Chef will guide you through creating Cuban-inspired recipes that will transport your tastebuds to Havana.
Your experience will include delectable small bites and a mocktail to enjoy before class begins followed by dynamic hands-on instruction and an interactive cooking class where you'll make:
- Picadillo Empanadas w/Chimichurri Salsa
- Arroz Con Pollo
- Tres Leche Parfait
Participants are welcome to BYOB and enjoy a family style seated dinner with the Chef and all that was made, at the end of the class. Â All participants will receive a recipe booklet and a hand crafted item to take home. Â Seats are limited and registration closes 48 hours prior to the class start time or when the class is full. Â Let's make this a night to remember!
