Born and raised in the largest of New York City's 5 boroughs, Brooklyn, Chef Marlene Faulkner has always been cooking. Since childhood, she has enjoyed spending time in the kitchen admiring the cooking style and technique of several members of her family. Chef Faulkner completed her Associate's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Institutional Management majoring in Culinary Arts and her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. She began her culinary journey working in Corporate Dining and Banquet Hall catering services, however, she has spent a sizable part of her career successfully leading teams and revenue operations in the Healthcare industry while continuing to pursue her passion for food as a side business. Chef Faulkner's
family, friends, colleagues, and clients are never without praise about her delectable dishes and accentuating, yet sophisticated flare when it comes to
her food presentations. Her love of food and passion for entertainment is what birthed Knife & Faulk, LLC.
